The In-Site Help Center is an in-app help and communication center visible to certain administrative users (see details below). It allows these administrative users to access a variety of support resources and announcements. Users access the In-Site Help Center by clicking on the badge in the lower left-hand corner of the Terra Dotta window.
Users can expand the In-Site Help Center by clicking on the Badge icon on the lower-left corner of the screen.
The Help Center can be collapsed by clicking the Badge again, or by clicking the "X" in the upper right.
In-Site Help Center Modules
The Help Center in comprised of the following modules:
- Knowledgebase: Direct access to search from and read articles from the Terra Dotta Knowledgebase from within the Help Center window.

Announcements: Timely announcements. When new announcements are available, a small badge will appear on the main Help Center badge indicating the number of unread announcements. Announcements may include:
- Release announcements
- Tips on using new features
- Changes to support hours (i.e. holiday schedules)
- Scheduled downtime
- Upcoming webinars and events
- Support: Click to quickly open a support request or to view existing support requests. Links will open in a new window. Users will be prompted to log into the Terra Dotta support portal if they are not already logged in.*
- Service Status: View Terra Dotta's system "Status Page."
*Clients who do not already have a login for the Terra Dotta support portal can request access by writing to their Customer Success Manager

Note: To receive in-app announcements and updates about a specific product, the product in question must be installed on your site.
