The embedded Help Center brings support resources, announcements, and learning tools directly into your Terra Dotta site.
To open the Help Center, click the ? badge in the lower-left corner of the Terra Dotta window. Click the badge again, or the X in the upper-right corner, to close it.
Help Center Modules
Knowledgebase: Search and read Terra Dotta help articles from within the Help Center.
Announcements: Stay informed with timely updates, including release notes and upcoming webinars. A badge counter appears on the Help Center icon when there are unread announcements.
Learning Studio: Access self-guided courses, office hours, appointments, and Dottan Desk.
Support: Submit a support ticket, chat with the support team, or view existing tickets. Links open in a new browser window. Users are prompted to log in to the Terra Dotta support portal if not already authenticated. Users without a support portal login can request access through their Customer Success Manager.
Service Status: View Terra Dotta's system status page.

The Help Center is available to logged-in administrative users in the following permission group(s):
