Staff Permissions
The Staff Permissions page (Staff > Staff Permissions) allows you to manage your administrative users and their access to the functionality on your site. You can add permissions to a User Group to add the permissions for all members of that group, or use the User/Permission Search button to assign permissions to individual users. Access & Permissions
Permissions for Engage are grouped under the header of "Engage Admin", including the following:
Message Builder - Access to view and create/edit message templates.
- Message Builder: View
- Message Builder: Write
Campaign - Access to view and create/edit campaigns.
- Campaign: View
- Campaign: Write
Subscription - Access to view and create/edit contact lists.
- Subscription: View
- Subscription: Write
Guide Builder - Access to view and create/edit the administrative functions for the Guide Builder.
- Guide Builder: View
- Guide Builder: Write
Events - Access to view and create/edit the administrative functions for events.
- Event: View
- Event: Write
Additionally, to access Analytics functionality for purposes of creating contact lists, users would need the following permissions:
Analytics
- Query (Create/Edit)
- Report (Create/Edit)
