Travel Registry
- Canceled Trips
Track changing plans with the canceled status, set up workflows for "On Trip Cancel", and report on canceled trips and the reason through Analytics. - Create New User Profiles
Admins can search the SIS/HR file to create internal user profiles or create a new external profile from the Delegate Center to create trips and proactively set Delegate/Traveler relationships for even your most high-profile travelers without requiring them to log in. - Access a User's Trips from their Profile
When viewing a profile, tap the "View Current/Future Trips" button to jump right to a Trip Search filtered to show current and future trips by the traveler. - "None" Date Filter on Trip Search
See trips without using a date range, making it faster to search for all trips related to a traveler, location, or other filters. - Option to Show Inactive and All Profiles
If you'd like to see travelers who haven't had trips in the last year, you can now adjust filters to show inactive or all travelers on the Profile Search and Delegates pages. - For Travel Provider Integrations (including Concur):
- Option for a Placeholder End Date
Set a default trip length and the system can automatically add a placeholder end date when the travel provider sends information for a one-way flight. - Placeholder End Date Flag
Trips with a placeholder end date are automatically flagged. When making changes to the trip dates, choose whether to keep or remove the flag. - Filter for and Create Workflows based on Placeholder End Dates
Easily find trips with Place Holder End Dates by filtering for trips with this flag in Trip Search. Create workflows for these trips, such as asking travelers to provide more information or notifying admins.

- Choose Help Request Admins
Optionally, limit which administrators receive notifications about Help Requests submitted by travelers. - Impacted Date Column
See when a traveler was first impacted by an Alert on the AlertTraveler > Impacted Travelers page. - Account Name Included in Alert Emails
Alert and check in emails now include the name of the site, promoting your institution and making it easy to identify where the email originated.
