You need to create an application for a student but the student's name does not appear as an option when you select Applicants>New Application and search for their name.

This typically occurs when the student in question has not been included in the nightly SIS file sent to Terra Dotta by your IT department. Your next step should be to check with your IT department to verify the student is included in the SIS file. Once your IT department adds the student to the SIS file, you should be able to create the application for the student after the nightly refresh process is complete.
