Situation:
You notice you have multiple programs with the same name. You would like to deactivate the programs you are not using, but receive the following error:
Possible Reasons For Duplicate Programs:
1. If this is a Directory program, this could've happened because the provider created a new program with the same name, and deactivated the original.
2. When downloading the program from the Directory, the admin double-clicked, causing two programs to be created simultaneously.
3. An admin imported a duplicate program.
How to fix this:
We recommend adding the word "(Duplicate)" to the end of the undesired duplicate's name so that you can easily differentiate between the two. You can then make the duplicate inactive. As the system will recognize it is a different program and has a new name, you will no longer receive the error.
