I need to query all of my active F-1 students, but I'm not sure where to start?
A possible solution:
To query all active status F-1 students, including those on OPT, follow these steps:
- Records > Advanced Search
- Record Parameters
- Program Types > F-M Visa
- Status > Active
- You may want to include Initial as well, for things such as SEVIS Registration.
- Program > Academic Objective (F-M)
To query all active F-1 students, not including those on OPT, follow these steps:
- Records > Advanced Search
- Record Parameters
- Program Types > F-M Visa
- Status > Active
- You may want to include Initial as well, for things such as SEVIS Registration.
- End Date > Since [date of query]
- This should exclude students with Program End Dates in the past
- Program > Academic Objective (F-M)
