Situation:
An applicant wishes to study abroad in a term or program different than the one they applied to. Note: You can only perform a "Change Program" to app cycles that are one year past, current year, or one year ahead.
To make this change you will need to take the following steps:
1. Ensure the program in question is active and has the relevant term.
2. Navigate to the application of the student in question
3. Click the status tab and under programs, select the program and desired term you would like to move the applicant to:
