The Control Center is unique to the Pre Arrival, Check In, Continuing, Post Completion/Graduated, and Archived Stages Student Portals. Here the student has access to messages from the ISSS Admin, initiating requests, reviewing any pending or completed requests, and their practical training.
Along the left side of the page, the student has access to two sections, the Pending Requests and Completed Requests. Here they can click into the request to review what information was sent to the ISSS Admin as well as the status of the request and the date it was either last modified or completed.
Below the Completed Requests Section is the Practical Training Section of the Control Center. Any information pertaining to OPT or CPT that the student has resided in this section.
On the right side of the page, a message center is found along the top of the page. Any messages that the ISSS Admin sends to the student can be accessed from here.
The icons below the message center are any requests that are available for students to initiate. These can be pre-configured by the ISSS Admin so that students can only access requests based upon their visa type and stage status.
