Try Analytics
To navigate to Reports, select Agreements > Reporting > Reports tab.
A - Reporting Menu: Reports and Dashboards both live under the Agreements > Reporting menu option.
B - Reports and Dashboards: The Reports tab will load by default, the user is able to navigate to Dashboards by selecting the “Dashboards” tab.
C - Reports: All saved reports will show in the reports list
D - Search: Ability to search for reports by name.
E - New Report: Ability to create a new report or a report. To create a new blank report, select the “New Report” option. To build a report from a template, select one of the other options.
F - Action Buttons: A report can be edited by selecting the pencil icon. The delete icon removes the report from the site.
Sample Report
A - Report Name: Every report needs to be titled before it is saved.
B - Filters: Reports can be filtered to show only values from a particular date set, activity type, college, partner, or country. By default, the filter will prepopulate to the last 30 calendar days, these dates can be changed. Filters on reports will save; however, once a report is added to a dashboard, the dashboard filters will apply.
C - Clear Filters: To clear the selected filters, select the clear filter icon.
D - Report Type: There are several report types that can be created, examples are table, bar chart, pie chart, etc.
E - Reporting Dimensions: All of the possible reporting dimensions are listed in this section. To use a dimension, drag and drop it to the place of “Country” or “Activity Type” in the same report.
F - Report: The report will display in this section.
G - Action Icons: The floppy disk icon will save the report, the eye icon will allow the user to preview the report, and the arrow will return the user to the reports screen.
Dashboards
To access Dashboards, select Agreements > Reporting > Reports tab.
A - Dashboards: All dashboards that are created will show on the dashboards tab.
B - Search: To search for a dashboard, enter in the dashboard name in the search bar.
C - Create New: To create a new dashboard, select the Add icon.
D - Action Buttons: Dashboards can be edited for deleted from the tab by using the corresponding action.
Sample Dashboard
A - Dashboard name: Before a dashboard can be saved, it needs to be titled.
B - Action Icons: The floppy disk icon is the save action, the PDF icon converts the dashboard into a PDF that is downloaded locally, and the arrow icon returns the user to the dashboards tab.
C - Dashboard Description: The dashboard description can be used to provide further clarification on the purpose of the dashboard.
D - Filters: Similar to reports, dashboards can be filtered to only show a date range, activity type, college, partner, or country. Note: Date Filter will default to the last 30 calendar days, which is editable.
E - Clear Filter: The filters can be removed by selecting the “Clear Filter” icon.
F - Dashboard elements: The add icon allows the user to select which dashboard element the user wants to add to the dashboard.
G - Image element: An image element allows the user to upload an image to the dashboard, the widget can be resized by dragging on the icons. To move the image around, the user can use the drag method. Other elements on the dashboard will move to accommodate the image placement.
H - Report element: The report element allows the user to select any saved report and add it to the dashboard. The user can resize and move the report like the image element.
I - Content element: The content element allows the user to add text to the dashboard. To add text, select the pencil icon. To save the text changes, select the checkmark icon that pencil becomes while editing the content.
