Travel Registry: Creating Trips for Another Traveler
If a traveler has been designated as a delegate for another user, they will have access to the “Delegate Trips” page.
This page will allow them to create and manage trips for the users assigned to them (see Travel Registry: Delegate Center to learn how administrators can designate delegates). All upcoming and past trips are displayed here and can be filtered by individual users (if the delegate has been assigned to more than one traveler).
A new trip can be created by clicking the “Add New Trip” button and completing the trip details the same way the delegate would if they were creating their own trip. The only difference will be that they are creating it on behalf of another user. Users will be notified when a delegate creates a trip on their behalf.
