Unpaired Reservations
The Unpaired Reservations page (Travel Admin>Admin Action>Unpaired Reservations tab) displays a list of any reservations (trip information) that have been forwarded to you travel registry site via the configured forwarding address, but have not been linked up with a traveler profile. A reservation only becomes a trip once it is associated with an account.
Note: The forwarding address can be found by navigating to Travel Admin>Settings>Site Details>Email Forwarding Address.
By default, Unpaired Reservations shows reservations that have been received in the last 7 days. However, the filters at the top of the page can be adjusted to change which reservations are displayed:
Most often, reservations arrive in the Unpaired Reservations tab because the traveler has forwarded the reservation without first creating their account on the travel registry site. Once their account is created, the reservation should automatically pair.
To review unpaired reservations, click the Reservation Details link below the From Email Address on each reservation to display all available reservation information:
Taking this action opens the Reservation Details modal:
The Suggestions column displays a link of potential accounts to which the reservation should likely be paired:
Clicking the Search/Assign link will open the Assign Reservation modal:
This modal displays the suggested accounts, as well as a search field, so that if none of the suggestions are the correct traveler, the admin can search for a different account.
Selecting the radio button next to the traveler's name and clicking Assign to Traveler will pair the reservation to the traveler's profile, and create the trip for that traveler.
Note: This process will teaches the system; any time this exact name and email address are used again, it should pair the reservation to the person an admin has chosen.
Reservations can be deleted from the Unpaired Reservations page using the Permanent Delete option available from the Options dropdown menu:
This will stop further unpaired reservation reminders associated with this reservation.
Note: Unpaired Reservation reminders are enabled /disabled by navigating to Travel Admin>Settings>Other>Unpaired Reminder:
To learn more about unpaired reminder notifications see the following article: Travel Registry: Settings
Deleted Trips
The Deleted Trips page (Travel Admin>Admin Action>Deleted Trips tab) displays a list of all trips deleted either by a traveler or travel admin.
From this page, the admin can restore trips if they were deleted inadvertently. Alternatively, admins can choose to permanently delete the trip. Both actions are taken by checking the box next to the appropriate trip, and selecting the appropriate option from the “Options” dropdown menu:
By default, the Deleted Trips page shows trips set to occur within the next 7 days. However, the filters at the top of the page can be adjusted to change which trips are displayed:
Additional filter options can be displayed by clicking the Show Additional Filters icon.
The displayed columns can be edited by selecting/deselecting column options using the “Hide/Show” dropdown menu:
Imported Trips and Failed Trips
Two additional tabs, "Imported Trips" and "Failed Trips", will appear for those utilizing travel provider integrations such as SAP Concur. See Travel Registry: Trip Importing for Travel Provider Integrations for more information on these sections.
