When an administrator makes a change to an application's status, the applicant will receive an automated email notification regarding this change in the status if the decision date of the application has been reached and the application is not flagged as non-processed. If the decision date has not been reached when the administrator makes the status change, the applicant will not be notified until the decision date is reached, even if the admin manually opts to "send email notification" within the Update Status modal within the Admin Console's Admin application view. On the decision date, the applicant will automatically receive the notification of the change in status.
The email sent is an 'Application Activity' email and uses the same format and template that is used for automated notifications that are sent out when materials are marked as received or not received on the application:
#ACCOUNT NAME# - Application Activity
