When an administrator is looking at an application, they will see the following:
A. Expandable profile information: If there are any applicant parameters that are marked as 'display in unexpanded profile’ and the user has values for them, 'Expand Profile Information' will be displayed. Click on this link to expand the view so that the parameters and associated values are displayed in the header.
B. 'Profile’ tab: Access to this tab requires the permission 'Profile Admin : Profile: user information (view)’. Clicking on it will take the admin to the tab’s view seen above where they will see all applicant parameter and address information.
C. Edit Profile button: If the admin has permission to access user profiles, there will be a button that will take the admin to the 'profile’ tab of that user’s profile. This button is always accessible in the header of the application. On the 'Profile' tab of the application, there is also a button in the lower right corner that can be used to go to the profile. Both the 'Edit Profile' button in the header and the 'Go to full profile' button at the bottom of the profile tab will take the administrator to the applicant's profile.
When the administrator goes to the actual applicant profile, they will see the following:
Profile Tab: The admin will see and be able to edit the core data fields, CC/SMS email addresses, bio and applicant photo.
Information Tab: The admin will see and be able to edit applicant parameters. Parameters pulled from SIS are not editable by admin or applicants.
Address Info Tab: The admin will see and be able to edit address information for the applicant. Only addresses not pulled from SIS are editable.

Journals Tab: The admin will see any active/public journals the user has.
Applications Tab: The admin will see all applications the user has on file and the status of each application. By clicking on a program name from this list, the admin will be taken to the application.
Comments Tab: User-level comments can be entered here. These comments are visible only by admin and are associated with the user's profile as opposed to any specific application. Comments can be deleted by administrators with the “Profile Admin : Profile : Comments (delete)” permission. A record of the creation and deletion of the comment will be recorded in the History Log tab of the application or profile, along with the first 25 characters of the original message.
