This article details how to access RTI Connect from Terra Dotta ISSS.
When you click on the Launch RTI Connect link on the RTI dashboard, the SEVIS login page will open.
Provide your SEVIS login credentials and click on the Login button, just as in SEVIS RTI. The Terra Dotta frame will remain visible so that you know you are accessing SEVIS RTI from within Terra Dotta, and not logging in directly to SEVIS RTI on the SEVIS website.
Terra Dotta will NOT save your SEVIS credentials within the program for this purpose. You must enter them each time. Note, you will remain logged into SEVIS RTI for as long as your session in Terra Dotta remains active until you explicitly log out. Maintain your SEVIS security as you would when directly logged in to SEVIS RTI.
Only advisors can access and use RTI Connect.
