This article outlines the steps to reprint a dependent Form I-20 via the SEVIS batch.
No associated requests or questionnaires exist in Terra Dotta for this update action.
Step 1: Create SEVIS Update Record
- Click the button at the top of the principal's record in Terra Dotta. This button will redirect you to the user's SEVIS Profile in the SEVIS Admin.
- Do not click on the SEVIS Profile button from the dependent record or profile, it must be from the principal.
- All dependent profiles linked to the principal profile will display in the Dependents section in the profile information screen.
- Next, click the New SEVIS Update Record button at the top of the principal SEVIS Profile.
- Under the Actions dropdown menu, select Dependent: Reprint.
- Immediately after selecting this action, a window will pop up. You will be prompted to select the user's record with the information needed for this SEVIS update action.
- For this action, select the appropriate Add New Dependent (F/M) record.
- Click the radio button next to the appropriate record and then click Add.
- Note: If the principal has more than one dependent, the Add New Dependent (F/M) record will be listed multiple times for selection.
