The Traveler History feature, located within the Traveler Locations page, provides a transparent view into each traveler's journey, offering insights into their interactions with the app and how it has supported their travels. You can easily navigate the history log with customizable filters, adjusting the date range and event types to suit your needs.
Note: While the Traveler history log is thorough, AlertTraveler® App Activation passcode emails are currently not included.

Access and Permissions
The Travel History feature is accessed by navigating to AlertTraveler > Traveler Locations and clicking the Traveler History icon in the Actions column of the traveler's row.
In order to use this feature, the admin must at least have the following permission:
- AlertTraveler: Settings
Note: For optimal performance the admin should be in the AlertTraveler permission group, however this permission group provides unrestricted access to AlertTraveler data and settings, so exercise caution when adding users to this group.
Traveler History within the Traveler Locations Page
The Traveler Locations page allows you to search for, view, and act on all eligible travelers. It also allows you to look up a traveler's most recent GPS location (if any), even if the traveler is not impacted by an alert.
The travelers displayed can be filtered by city, country, proximity to a location, the date they are abroad, and a keyword search.
You can see the history of traveler interactions with AlertTraveler® by clicking the Traveler History icon:
Items included in the Traveler History are:
- Itinerary start and end dates
- Alerts impacting the traveler
- Check-in requests sent to the traveler
- Check-in responses (submitted by the traveler and administrators)
- Help Requests
- App activation details.
