The Agreements Admin > Settings tab allows administrators to access and configure settings that impact their public-facing agreements proposal site. There are four sections on this page that house individual settings:
- Account Information
- Study Abroad Information
- Proposal Instructions
- Language Skills
Account Information
This section allows you to edit details such as the Account Name, admin and public site URLs, color scheme, and more.
The "Require Login for Access to Partner Agreement Details on Public Site" setting allows you to require users to log into the public site in order to see the list of agreements with each partner institution. If the user does not log in, they will remain on the global footprint page.
After enabling the login requirement, admins have the ability to choose what is exposed to logged in users once viewing an agreement's details.
Overview - the entire "Overview" tab of an agreement, including start and end date, partner contact details, and sponsor details.
Forms - all public forms deployed to an agreement, regardless of completion level.
Attachments - all attachments available on the agreement.
Study Abroad Information
In order to utilize features such as "Nominations" and tracking activity within agreements, the Study Abroad section must have all mappings completed.
Proposal Instructions
This section allows you to create global instructions for each phase of the proposal process: Proposal Overview, Contacts & Addresses, Details, and Supporting Documents.
Language Skills
This section allows you to set the language(s) of your office.
