Agreements Admin > Settings > Notifications
Individual permission groups can be assigned to receive automatic notifications for the following categories:
- General Notifications
- Approval Notifications
- Expiring Notifications
- Default Approver Notifications
- Nomination Notifications
General Notifications
"General Notifications" includes notifications when new proposals are created as well as when comments are added to proposals and agreements. One permission group can be selected to receive these "general" notifications. Within this section you can also designate the chosen group to receive all notifications.
Approval Notifications
"Approval Notifications" includes three separate categories: Approved/Rejected Proposal, Amendment Recommendation Submitted, and Amendment Approved/Rejected. A different group can be designated for each type of notification or the same one can be used.
Expiring Notifications
"Expiring Notifications" includes expiring agreements, how long before the end date the notification group should receive an email and how frequently reminder emails should be sent to the group.
Default Approver Notifications
"Default Approver Notifications" allows you to choose which group should be notified and able to submit an approval decision when the initial approval request decisions are not submitted within the designated time frame, as set in 'Days elapsed after pending approval'.
For example, if an approval request was sent and 5 days later a decision still has not yet been submitted, all members of the "Agreements Approvers" group will receive an approval request email containing a link to submit an approval decision.
Nomination Notifications
"Nominations Notifications" allows you to determine who receives nomination request emails from partners.
In order for settings on this page to take effect, 'Save' must be clicked at the bottom of the page.
