The Credit Equivalency Request Audit stock report is a function that allows an admin user to find credit equivalency requests for applications by either selecting a saved query or selecting the program(s)/app cycle(s)/CER status that you wish to audit. The results will be all credit equivalency requests for the resulting applications.
Permissions
Self-service stock reports can be accessed from the 'My Queries and Reports' panel of the Admin Home Page. Click the 'Stock Reports' file icon for an expanded list of any reports installed. A 'Browse TDCL' button appears, allowing clients to browse and import stock reports independently. Once installed, the report (Credit Equivalency Request Audit) will be available in the 'Stock Reports' section and accessible by administrators with the following permissions:
- Applicant Admin: Stock Report
- Applicant Admin > Application admin: credit transfer (view)
- Applicant Admin > Application admin: credit transfer (add)
- Applicant Admin > Application admin: credit transfer (edit)
- Applicant Admin > Application admin: credit transfer (delete)
If an administrative user has any Data Access Object restrictions, the wizard that allows them to select which programs / program groups to include in the report will only include the programs to which they have access.
Report
After clicking on the name of the stock report, the admin will be taken to a page where they can select a saved query from which to run the report or choose the individual programs, application cycles, and CER status they would like to include in the report.
A will then be generated with the following data columns populated for the applicable application(s):
- Applicant Name
- Program
- App Cycle
- CER Details (will include home and foreign course information)
- CER Status
An “Actions” column is also provided for an administrator to easily access and edit the CER from the report.
Note: This is a stock report and the data columns included in the free version of the report are pre-defined. If you require changes to the data columns in the report, we can make adjustments as a professional service for a fee.
Installed Clients: Login to the Terra Dotta Support Portal and click on the 'Code Distribution' tab. This is the same location where you download the codebase and database scripts. Here you can access the stock report code and instructions for your IT to install the stock report on your site. Note: This is available only for clients using TDS 18.0 or a later version.
