The Brochure Migration stock report is a function that allows an admin user to access an overview of the status of their programs’ brochures and migrate them to the Program Wizard in batch.
Self-service stock reports can be accessed from the 'My Queries and Reports' panel of the Admin Home Page. Click the 'Stock Reports' file icon for an expanded list of any reports installed. A 'Browse TDCL' button appears, allowing clients to browse and import stock reports independently. Once installed, the report (Brochure Migration) will be available in the 'Stock Reports' section and accessible by administrators with permission of Applicant Admin: Stock Reports and Program Admin: Program Builder (all for legacy program builder) and Program Wizard.
The first page of the report will ask you to choose which programs or program groups you would like to include in the report.
After selecting your desired programs and running the report, you will be presented with a screen that displays the program name, current summary text (that appears on the program card) and a link to edit it, which brochure type is currently publicly displayed (builder or Wizard - with a link to view the public brochure), and whether or not content has been added in each brochure. The pencil icon will take you to the Program Wizard brochure editor for that program.
The Options drop-down tab will allow you to switch any checked programs to use either the Wizard brochure or builder brochure publicly using the respective options. You can also initiate a batch migration for all marked programs, moving their program builder content into the Program Wizard brochure as mentioned in the migration details above.
