Overview

There are three possible statuses for profiles: Complete |  Inc: Required | Inc: Non-required. Profile statuses are not used extensively in Terra Dotta; however, they do appear on the search results page after running a profile query. It's possible to run profile queries based on these profile statuses so the admin can see who has or has not provided certain information. When importing profiles, it is necessary to include the profile status in the import file.

• Complete - This status means that all applicant parameter and address information has been provided 
• Inc: Required - This status means the applicant is missing some required applicant parameter or address information
• Inc: Non-required - This status means the applicant has provided all of the required applicant parameter/address information, but they have not provided information for all of the non-required parameters/addresses
