This KB provides an overview of the SEVIS Profile Financial data display and functionality in the SEVIS Admin.
The SEVIS Profile is separate from the Terra Dotta Profile, and provides a "one-stop shop" for staff to view everything in a student's or scholar's SEVIS past, present, and future, providing the most critical and frequently-used information in a simple way. Most of the information has also been adapted from SEVIS RTI to streamline the information gathering process.
Financials for F/M Student
The Financial Section for F/M Students includes information on:
- Expenses for the length of the program as indicated on the I-20 and the Estimated Average Cost For: item.
- The expense column will also indicate the different expenses as indicated on the I-20.
- Funding for the length of the program as indicated on the I-20 and the Student Funding For: item. The funding column will also indicate the funding sources.
Financials for Exchange Visitor
The Financial Section for Exchange Visitors (J) will include information on:
- The source of funding the Exchange Visitor will receive while on the J-1 program as indicated on the DS-2019.
- This will include U.S. Government agency, Home Country funding and program sponsor.
