RTI Connect specifies which SEVIS records failed to match with Terra Dotta ISSS during the data comparison process. While the download of an entire list will not fail, a single record might fail to download for reasons due to an incorrect site configuration in Terra Dotta ISSS, network issues, or SEVIS issues.

Failed RTI Downloads

When you click the Failed RTI Downloads tab link on the Report page, a window called List of failed RTI downloads will open, containing all the records flagged as failed during the download session. The downloaded records are checked and flagged to indicate if the failed records exist in Terra Dotta.

If a record does exist in Terra Dotta, the Name field links to their SEVIS Profile.

If a record doesn't exist in Terra Dotta, the Name fields display as text only.
