Step 1: Find the Academic Objective (F/M) Record
- Navigate to Record > Search.
- Enter the name of the student whose program you would like to shorten in SEVIS.
- Click Search.
- Click the Academic Objective (F/M) link to the right of the name.
Step 2: Shorten Program End Date
- In the user's Academic Objective Record, click the Start/End Dates tab.
- Click the edit pencil
to the right of program start and end dates.
- Edit the End Date.
- Click Update.
