The Completed Updates display unpacks the contents of SEVIS Admin: Batch Download, displaying the processed update records line by line, by student or scholar. This article explains the data on the Completed Updates display.
SEVIS processes batches overnight; downloads are available the next business day. Downloaded batches are immediately unpacked for review in Completed Updates, where you can view the individual records.
The Completed Updates Tab
After an update record has been downloaded from SEVIS, it will display in the Completed Updates tab. Records display a green check mark if they have been successfully downloaded from SEVIS, or a red X if the record was returned from SEVIS due to an error.
