This article describes how to use the ISSS Integrated/Non-Integrated Users Report. You may access this feature from the new Reports tab.
The Integrated/Non-Integrated Users Report clearly identifies which users are integrated and which users are not integrated. This feature facilitates the conversion of integrated to non-integrated users. The process of converting a user from non-integrated to integrated is not supported.

Setting Up the Integrated/Non-Integrated Users Report
To start, go to SEVIS Admin >Reports > Integrated/Non-Integrated Users Report.
Enter the required search information: campus, user type (integrated or non-integrated), and a Program End Date. You may select and an On Date or Since Date; clicking on the box will bring up the date widget. Selecting Date Range will display two boxes: one for the starting date of the range, and one for the ending date of the range.
All columns are sort-able and will differ based on visa type:
- First name
- Last name
- DOB
- SEVIS ID
- Status
- Campus name
- Program end date
- OPT start date*
- OPT end date*
- OPT status*
*Note: These dates are pulled from the actual OPT Dates. The J visa type report displays columns related to Academic Training instead of OPT.
You may enter search information from the results page if you wish to further filter your search criteria.
If multiple OPT or Academic Training Records exist, Terra Dotta uses the most recent record for the report. The name of the student links back to the student’s SEVIS profile page.
Converting Integrated Users to Non-Integrated Users
From this list, you can convert integrated users to non-integrated users and send an email to the selected users from the list. The criteria for matching and converting integrated users' status to non-integrated status is an email address, DOB, and Name.
Select which users you would like to convert by clicking the checkbox in the leftmost column. Under the Options menu in the upper left side above the list, select the option Convert to Non-Integrated
You will be given the option to mark selected users as internal or external. Some clients may wish to set the internal/external flag when converting the user status. This is important when programs are exposed to certain user types only. By default, the No option will be selected.
Click OK to continue.
Clicking OK will bring you to a WYSIWYG editor with an email template.
Click Send Mail to send the email with instructions to your users. This communication will inform the user that they should NOT use their campus login to further access the site, and will include the new user ID and a temporary password.
