What do clients need to do?
SPF Record Update
If you have an SPF record for Terra Dotta, please add the following IPs to your record:
- 52.86.188.131 – Production Environment
- 52.43.50.148 – Disaster Recovery Environment
Important Note: Do not remove the existing IPs you may have whitelisted (216.248.199.106 and 216.248.199.105) at this time. We will notify you when it’s safe to retire the old IPs after the migration is complete.
Impact to DKIM
If you have a DKIM record set up, there is no action required regarding that record. We will migrate the DKIM record to the new email server automatically.
