Sponsorship Requests
The Sponsorship Request Tab on the ISSS Admin Dashboard is used to initiate new sponsorship requests. This is the central location where all sponsorship requests are housed before being processed and categorized under a specific visa type. Administrators can review, manage, and track these requests to ensure they are handled appropriately before proceeding with the necessary visa processing steps.
Pending Records
Once a sponsorship request is processed and assigned a specific visa type, the scholar card is moved to the Pending Records Tab. This tab houses all scholar cards awaiting further action, such as the program start date or until the USCIS status is 'Decision' (for H-1B visa cases.) Administrators can monitor the status of these records and track any updates or actions required before further processing.
Active Records
The Active Records Tab contains all scholar cards that are actively being managed. Administrators can track and update active scholar cards, ensuring ongoing compliance and timely processing.
Inactive
The Inactive Tab serves as a repository for scholar cards that are no longer active. Scholar records under this tab no longer require active monitoring or processing, but historical information remains accessible for administrative purposes and compliance tracking.

My Tasks Assignments
The My Tasks Assignments Tab provides administrators with a centralized view of their individualized tasks, ensuring the administrator can efficiently manage their workload and stay on top of their duties within the system. Task assignments are configured under the Task Assignments tab of the Requests configuration.
All J-1 Requests
The All J-1 Requests Tab lists any J-1 request that is still pending regardless of who it is assigned to or if it has been assigned to an advisor for review.
Alerts
The Alerts Tab lists all active scholars who are eligible for an extension.
