The Terra Dotta Study Abroad August 2024 update was released production sites on August 27, 2024 (APAC), August 29, 2024 (US), September 3, 2024 (US AWS).
New and Updated Functionality
The Version Number of the Deployed Content Item Appears in the Admin View of Applications
The Admin Console’s Application Admin UI now displays version numbers for completed application requirements. The version number appears to the right all submitted content:
This improvement makes your workflow more efficient by providing immediate access to version numbers for questionnaires, signature documents, material submissions, learning content, and assessments—all within the Admin Console!
Admin Ability to Add Notes to Withdrawn Applications
Administrators can now add a note when changing an application’s status to "Withdrawn" directly within the Admin Console. This feature allows administrators to include a reason for withdrawal without needing to revert to the classic application admin:
Note: This action is not yet available as a batch option.
Recommendation Requests can be Resent from the Admin Console's Applicant Admin View
With this update, administrators can resend recommendation requests for all outstanding recommendations directly from the Applicant Admin View in the Admin Console.
Application Labels are Available as Fields and Filters in Analytics
Administrators with Analytics access can select the ‘Application Label’ option from the ‘Application Information’ section as a field and/or filter option in the Analytics query builder.
Reports generated will display the corresponding application label(s). If no custom application label is available for an application, the report will show an empty cell for that field.
