Situation:
The history log shows an applicant submitted application requirements, but the requirements no longer show in the application. The site is using process maps.
A possible solution:
The program attached to the application was moved to a program group that is not included in the process element's Selected Program Groups.
In this case, the admin changed the program from Outgoing to INACTIVE. We can see in the screenshot that INACTIVE is not within the signature document's Selected Program Groups:
