Important Updates to ISSS Student
(January 12, 2023)
Terra Dotta has deployed two important updates to ISSS Student based on client feedback.
New, clearer terminology around “Pending” student requests
Based on client feedback and in order to minimize student confusion, we have updated terminology around “Pending” student requests. Student requests that are saved before being submitted, previously labeled as “Pending” will now be labeled as “Draft” requests. The behavior will remain the same: Students continue to be able to save requests before submitting them. However the button for saving without submitting will now read “Save as Draft” while the button for submitting the request will continue to read “Submit.”
The list of were this will be changes exactly is as follows:
- When the student reopens the draft request, it will be clearly labeled as a draft.
- In the student’s view of their requests, the section for these non-completed requests will now be labeled as “Ongoing Requests” and the Request status for draft requests will say “Draft"
- The Admin view will also state Ongoing Request
- The Admin’s student request list will also now refer to “draft" requests.
